RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
We want to help businesses have better workplace safety through good management of workplace drug and alcohol testing. We stand by the products we sell and the results they provide, so much that if the product cannot meet your testing needs then simply return the unused or faulty products for a full refund.
All Products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase for either an exchange or full refund.
Please note: Products must not have been used (unless faulty) and be in their original packaging. Items considered to be subject to “wear and tear” or not in their original packaging will not be accepted for refund.
Refund excludes any shipping or freight costs to customer. Refund excludes any shipping or freight costs incurred by the customer when returning the item/s. Refund applies to the cost of the product.
